Xiaoer does more than generate content with AI. She treats AI as a new material for products, interactions, and infrastructure—moving from released products and interface-less AI to open methods and continuously operating personal systems.
These are not four unrelated groups of projects. They form one creative path.

Omia returns reading to the content. Xiaoer FM turns the flow of music into continuously generated imagery. Together they show that aesthetics is not decoration—it shapes product decisions, interaction rhythm, and the complete experience.
Omia is a minimal macOS reading product created by Xiaoer. By removing unnecessary controls and interface noise, it returns attention to the content while supporting multiple common file formats in one window.
Xiaoer FM is a visual music product created by Xiaoer. As music plays, rhythm and movement are translated into continuously generated imagery, turning listening into a visual experience.
Interface-less AI
Xiaoer Save has no standalone UI. The browser’s native bookmark action becomes the entry point for understanding, classification, and knowledge capture—exploring how AI can inhabit existing behavior instead of adding another interface to learn.

Open-source methods
From visual workflows to video tools and methods for rebuilding complex websites, Xiaoer turns personal practice into public, working systems that others can extend. Open source is how individual creation becomes shared capability.
Xiaoer packaged a paper-collage video production method as a reusable Codex Skill, covering visual direction, animation, authorized local voice, audio processing, composition, and final quality checks.
Xiaoer VideoLab is an open-source browser tool that uses local yt-dlp to retrieve videos from the current page across YouTube, X, TikTok, Bilibili, and more than 1,800 supported websites.
Xiaoer turned complex website reconstruction into an open-source Skill: inspect the real source, structure, and assets first, then rebuild React, advanced motion, and WebGL experiences with fidelity.
Personal intelligent systems
A Notion ledger keeps identity information consistent across sites, while new GitHub projects flow into a public tool network. These are not isolated utilities—they are operating infrastructure inside Xiaoer’s own creative system.
Xiaoer uses a verified Notion ledger as the single source of truth for identity, account, and website information. One update can propagate to About modules and network maps across multiple sites, reducing manual maintenance and inconsistency.
Xiaoer built an automated publishing pipeline from new GitHub repositories to the Luban Box website. The system detects new projects, evaluates whether to include them, and publishes accepted work into a discoverable tool network.
WHAT THIS PROVES
Her art background informs what is worth making, what should be removed, and how an experience should reach people.
